Google bar on top when click a flag

At this page, when i click a flag i get a complete google translate bar instead of my page beging translated.
I use the ?[GTranslate]?to get the flags and the form is made in Gravity Forms.
What can i do to get this “normal” (translate the page, no bar)

I have the same problem since the newest update. I use the dropdown language switcher.
@pctevree: I dont see the Googlebar when i use your site.
