I stopped getting emails to my Google workspace email starting April 14 according to the error log. I’m working with my host to figure out what’s changed. The debug events says “Mailer: Google / Gmail { “error”: “invalid_grant”, “error_description”: “Token has been expired…” for all of the errors.

I haven’t changed anything in the plugin settings, so my host recommended going in to click the button that says “Allow plugin to send emails using your Google account.”

When I do, I get an error message that says

“Access blocked: This app’s request is invalid.

You can’t sign in because this app sent an invalid request. You can try again later, or contact the developer about this issue. Learn more about this error

If you are a developer of this app, see error details.

    Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch”

I recently updated my Google passwords and it seems like this might be the root of the error. But even after signing out and signing back into my Google workspace account, I can’t get them to connect. I can’t find any information on this error and want to be sure I can start getting my WordPress emails again.

    Hi @kristenasmith,

Thanks for reaching out! I would suggest you create a new Google App and publish it using your preferred email address and then create the Google mailer connection on your site.

In case it helps, please follow this video guide.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
