  • Hi,
this should work if you set a rule in the robots.txt file:
    https://varvy.com/robottxt.html

Same here. Googlebot is still tracked, even if I work in “client mode” and “ignore bots” is activated.

How to exclude all the googlebot IPs ? Does it accept a wildcard like 66.249.*.* ?

    Thanks,

    Didier.

PS : browscap thing is installed

@swissspaceboy it would be great if you could refrain from posting the same information over and over again, it is not respectful of the (little) time we spend on supporting our plugin ??

This issue is being reviewed. I will keep you posted.

    wp-slimstat/browscap-db/browscap/browscap-php/src/Formatter/PhpGetBrowser.php
    wp-slimstat/browscap-db/browscap/browscap-php/src/Parser/Helper/GetDataInterface.php

    wp-slimstat/browscap-db/symfony/console/Tests/Fixtures/Style/SymfonyStyle/command/command_2.php

PS – plugin really works great, but I’ve realized that I don’t need it at the moment due to low freq. visits. I really appreciate what you guys are doing up there ??

@boyann you might have something in your .htaccess that is letting Google access your website regardless of the filters you setup in Slimstat.
