Google+ button does not appear on Firefox 18.0.1.
I have 4 button configured: G+, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Only Google+ does not appear. I have it correctly with IE.

Google+ is showing for me when I visit your site. Have you resolved the issue or was it just a temporary bug with G+?

Which version is your Firefox? Mine is 18.0.1.

I have checked in Firefox 10.0.1 and 19.0. Both are showing the G+ button on the floating bar. I’m not sure where the disconnect is although I will look into any issues that may be causing this on your end.
