Hi, this is just a simple question. Is any change that this plugin might block users from signing up and access google calendar? I’m just thinking is it could be some internal setting so so really a bug I think. When users try to signin a page appears with a 403 error https://prnt.sc/fqeXzRnv925f

From google cloud console is set up fine as it used to work and since setup nothing has been touched. Just need to know if could be a possibility or the plugin has nothing to do with it and I will investigate elsewhere. Thanks

    Hi,

What settings have you enabled in AIOS?

It’s possible that you’ve set some strict security rules that are blocking your users.

For example you’ve turned on the login whitelist feature and included your own IP address but now no one else can login.

You can check if it’s an AIOS feature causing the 403 by disabling the plugin, if it then works you need to enable the plugin again and find what rule is causing it.

You can narrow done the rule by disabling one rule at a time until you find the one causing the problem.

Once you find the issue you can then work out if you do really want that feature enabled or if you need to tweak it’s configuration.

    Best Wishes,

Hi Ashley, thanks for the reply. I just found the solution just seconds before you replied… it was checked on firewall -> bad query strings. I unchecked that and now works fine.
