  • Hi,

Successfully imported 2763 events, probably your PHP is configured to stop running a script after some time, generally 30 seconds, so in order to fix this change the value of the max_execution_time parameter in the php.ini file from 30 to 60 seconds or greater.

Thank you for your reply, Benjamin. I changed it to 60 seconds now, but the problem is still the same – not importing events.

Also, do you have have premium/pro support as well (for those who have purchased versions of the plugin)? Thank you.

    Hi mybtcs,

We have our own forums, but I’ll keep an eye on this thread and we will help you out here. When changing your PHP execution limit, you sometimes have to contact your host. You may change it in your code, but it will not extend beyond whatever your host has set.

2700 events might require a couple minutes. If you want I can try timing it on one of our setups and see how long it takes.

Hi Jeffrey, I really appreciate the reply. I did contact my host, which they have set the parameters for me the first time.

Yes, please time it if you can. Just let me know if you have any other suggestions.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I do not believe that this is the reason for this, but please check your php memory limit, install this plugin and post back with what it reports: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wp-memory-usage

    Here are the details:

    PHP Version : 5.3.29
    Memory limit : 90 MB
    Memory usage : 38.78 MB

Hi, any update/further input to this?

    Hi,

The problem is in the host/server, so it would be good to upgrade the host plan or contact support to check what is the problem.
