Hello, Does anyone know how to fix the google calendar error? I have woocommerce installed plus the bookings extension and have integrated google calendar successfully, well at first. Then after a few recent plugin updates my calendar is off. When I check google calendar it displays the booking for precisely one increment of booking (in my case 90min.) BEFORE the booking is to actually take place. When I click to edit the calendar event, it displays the proper booking time, so no edit required. I click save, return to calendar view and the event is STILL displaying 90min before the booked time. How do I fix? This was working fine before.

support.woothemes.com will need to look into this and investigate. This forum is for WooCommerce CORE only. The forum prohibits supporting premium extensions.

Shoot I’m stuck. I have opened a support ticket, and after two weeks and no solution, today my ticket was marked resolved. And yes I have kept prompt reply to “Ninja” responses. But when I look at support ticket thread, my responses weren’t being displayed which is frustrating since apparently I need to provide screen captures of the problem and there is no option to attach pictures from the support ticket thread. I granted a “Ninja” administrator access but still nothing. I don’t know what to do. woothemes support community is closed and no longer accepting any new questions… seems rather fishy if you ask me. How can I escalate my problem?

Ok, I solved it myself. Will be sharing the solution on a post on my blog if you want to link back. Just a heads up for Quality Control, this is the second time I solved my own problem before support.woothemes.com could.

Looks like you may have been replying to the wrong ticket, or your emails didn’t come through. Nothing was there: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/7gw3wrqio36r77x/2015-09-10%20at%2010.15.png?dl=0
