that message says that you have typed a wrong name for your service.

If’s important to write the name of the services in the same way you have added them into Salon Booking

This booking (https://prntscr.com/k4hg7s) has no error but it doesn’t sync with the Salon Booking Calendar.

Be sure that this event has been added to the same Calendar you have selected inside the Salon Booking synchronizations settings.
