We’ve identified a scenario where the data of category mapping looks like clearing out. Allow me to explain the scenario we’ve observed on our end.
Let’s use an example to illustrate: let’s say you’ve created a category map named ‘Rex Map’ in Swedish and completed the mapping process. Now, if you switch to English (or any other language) and access the ‘Rex Map’, you’ll find that the data has been cleared, prompting you to fill out the details again. However, upon switching back to Swedish, you’ll find that the ‘Rex Map’ is restored.
Please check on your end and verify if this scenario aligns with what you’re experiencing on your end.
If this aligns with your situation, here’s how our plugin operates: you need to create separate category maps for each language. For instance, create a map named ‘Map Swedish’ for the Swedish language, complete the mapping, and save it. When you switch to English (or any other language), you’ll notice that ‘Map Swedish’ appears empty, which is expected. During this time, refrain from editing ‘Map Swedish’. Instead, create a new map specifically for the English language, such as ‘Map English’. Then, when you switch back to Swedish, you’ll find that ‘Map English’ is empty, but ‘Map Swedish’ retains its correct values.
