Google Chrome & Page Updates Bug

I have found if I edit a page in google chrome, preview the page and then try and update the page it will continuously think about updating, but gets stuck (with the little circle icon rotating – not the windows cursor, the actual busy/working icon in WP).

The same goes for when I create a new page, preview it and then publish it = no go!

If I dont preview the page first and just publish it, it works without hesitation.

I havent tried this problem in any other browsers (firefox or ie).
