    Howdy!

Sorry for my belated reply, it’s been a busy week!

This issue probably comes from a breadcrumb snippet created by a theme or another plugin, not from TSF.

Using this site, you can pinpoint where the problem comes from: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data.

TSF outputs all its structured data between HTML comments <!-- The SEO Framework by Sybre Waaijer --> and <!-- / The SEO Framework by Sybre Waaijer | x.xxms meta | x.xxms boot -->. If you want me to take a look, please share with me the URL of the page affected. Cheers!

    Thanks for the response @cybr

I messaged support for my theme but they said to reach out to the SEO plugin support page.

Here is the example URL: https://www.temporary-url.com/CD22 (It’ll redirect you to the correct page)

And I recorded a short video of the issue:

Hope this helps. Not too sure how to resolve ??

    Thanks for your time.

Just to add I plugged one of the web pages into:
    https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data

And the code that it highlights is from SEO Framwork. So I do believe its related to the plugin somehow.

    Hello!

You must still set a site name at “WP Admin > Settings > General > Site Title.”

You might’ve emptied it because you didn’t want the theme to output it, but not only the theme uses this title: Blocks, SEO plugins (like TSF), and many other things use this to determine the name of your website. You can often hide it from the theme with a simple line of CSS code you can insert via Customizer (ask your theme dev how to).

I should not tell you this workaround because you truly need to insert a proper Site Title in WordPress’s General Settings. Still, you can also define one for TSF only via “WP Admin > SEO > Title Settings > Additions > Site Title.”

After filling in the Site Title and saving the changes, Google must still parse those changes before they remove the error. The time that takes can range anywhere from a couple of minutes to a few weeks.

Thanks @cybr , Appreciate all the help.

I have no idea why I didn’t have the title. I have since added the site title : )

I don’t see the title yet. Did you clear the site caches after you updated the WordPress settings?

    (@lcool3)

I just cleared the site cache. I also changed the “WP Admin > Settings > General > Site Title.” to my site name.

    Hopefully it shows now?

Yes, it looks good to me now! Please keep in mind that it takes a couple of days (and sometimes weeks) for Google to process these changes and nullify the warnings/errors.

    Have a lovely weekend!
