Google conversion not tracking

    I have purchased the pro version and followed the setup for Google adwords conversions.

    The trouble is that inside Google adwords the Conversion goal says inactive.

    Not sure what i am doing wrong but the sales are not being tracked.

    Any help please?

    Hi

    If everything is set up correctly, this message only shows that no buyer has reached the purchase confirmation page since you activated the tracking pixel.

    After the first visit to the purchase confirmation page, this message will show as active or no recent conversions.

    If it shows no recent conversions it means that the tracking pixel is active, but no conversion has happened that was triggered by the click on an ad.

    It cuirrently shows as inactive is that correct?

    Again. It shows as inactive if no buyer has reached the purchase confirmation page. If that is the case, then yes, it shows the correct status.

    OK so if I do a test sale on the website it should trigger?

    Yes. If the redirect to the purchase confirmation page works properly, then it will trigger and show as active. However this takes usually a few hours before it updates the status.
