Google Crawling error at tag

When I check my website, some patter of crawling error.
https://www.888888.com/ja/tag/%E8%85%B0%E8%A2%8B/www.888888.com/contact/
As like that, when crawling tags, all page url add ‘site url/contact/’ it make crawling error.
Let me know why happen this error.
