Google Drive is now integrated directly into XCloner Plugin by default, no need anymore to install extra plugin to get Google Drive support.

Please make sure you’re using latest XCloner version.

I already have 4.5.2 however it still seems to use the out of band (copy paste the auth code) mechanism that was recently axed

Afraid yes, you need to copy and paste the code when you setup it.
