I have configured my drive api. My API file is google drive and all the required settings/urls added successfully to gdwpm. But after that the ‘Google Drive WP Media’ is showing just a blank page. The ‘GPDWM Categories’ is working fine and i can make categories. Can someone tell me why ‘Google Drive WP Media’ is showing a blank page…?? Thanks

The blank page is just temporary.

    Hi Moch,

Do you know how long this lasts? I’ve been staring at a blank page for 10 minutes now. I assume maybe you’re adding/caching items? Is there a limit on size of folder being shared?

Also, what if I want to share a different folder? Do I have to wait for this blank page to resolve itself before I can change it?

    Thanks!

Ended up having to use a different solution. Good luck!

I had the same problem. You need to follow the process but what I did was uploaded the .p12 file to my Google drive as noted in Moch’s directions and it worked perfectly.

Use this, it is in the plugin config –
** You can upload the *.p12 file to the Google Drive itself (goto https://drive.google.com/ and just drag & drop your *.p12 file there), and then change the permission of uploaded *.p12 file set to public(select the file, click “More” button to show the dropdown menu, then click “Share”, click “Advanced”, click “Change”, click “On – Public on the web”, click “Save” button). Copy and save the file id.
Your Private Key Url Path will be like this: https://docs.google.com/uc?id=XXXXXX&export=download
    or you can use: https://www.googledrive.com/host/XXXXXX
Where XXXXXX is your *.p12 Google Drive file ID (not the *.p12 filename), just replace XXXXXX with your Google Drive file ID.

I am getting blank page on my system. I have checked my site on my co-workers system and it gave this error.

    Google_AuthException thrown

Unable to parse the p12 file. Is this a .p12 file? Is the password correct? OpenSSL error: error:0D0680A8:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_CHECK_TLEN:wrong tag

I have exactly followed the instructions given in plugin. But still no luck

Your p12 url cannot be accessed, you have to change the p12 file sharing setting to set to public (“Public on the web”) if the p12 was hosted in your GDrive

Thanks @moch for your reply and recent update of plugin. Now I can view the error on top of plugin page without breaking the page. I have uploaded the file to my website server, and it working perfectly fine. Thanks for your help.

I get a blank screen when first activating the plugin. Thoughts on that? And before I troubleshoot, will this plugin allow me to use photos on Google Drive as images in my post?

Thanks for this plugin. It worked perfectly yesterday when I was fiddling around with it. Today, however, when I tried it on another site the settings page blanks out when I try to save my API detail.
I’ve hosted the p12 file on google drive (https://www.googledrive.com/host/0B_jYH_8B2anVdmJIcUlvb3NMVGc) and I am able to download it fine with that URL.

Can you please tell me what is wrong?
PS: I uninstalled the plugin and even deleted the 4 keys it creates in the options table and reinstalled the plugin, but the error continues.

    Cheers.

Hmm, after trying several other plugins, and not being satisfied, I dug in and figured out the problem here. Turns out, the plugin require CURL extension for PHP5, once I installed it on my new site, things went back to normal.

    Hope this helps someone
