Hi, when I want to synchronize both the widget and the shortcode I get the error “Google error: undefined”

You need to add a physical address for your virtual/area Google place to get the reviews, because Google has changed the Places API and at the moment it doesn’t return the reviews for area/virtual locations.
Unfortunately, we can’t implement the workaround for this, because it’s a limitation of Google, not the plugin.
