Google fonts are loading on first load. It increases CLS!

Hello,
cached version of the website is loading Google fonts on the first load, which increases CLS (https://web.dev/cls/). It has to be lower than 0.1, but on my website it’s 0.11, because of text font switch while loading. How can I fix this?
On the second load of the cached version fonts are not loading, but it doesn’t matter for Google Search Console and shows CLS > 0.1.

Well, when I’m logged in, then text is not moving – it’s Google font immediately. On cached version first visible text is:

then, after <0.5s, it changes to Google Font increasing CLS, because the text is moving:
