Google for Jobs outputs the text incorrectly

I checked the screenshot you shared it doesn’t seem like a WP Job Manager problem but rather a theme-related issue.

I’d recommend checking the shortcodes in your pages and posts for the text displayed on your site. Did you remove or change anything recently? Do you use a site/page builder plugin, perhaps?

I suggest checking on these and see if there is something off in the way the content has been created layout-wise.

The company logo can either be uploaded by the employer when they fill out the job submission form:

or the WordPress administrator can do it via the job edit page in the backend:
