Google Forms – how to remove footer 'powered by Google'

I know this has been asked before, but in Google Forms how do you remove ‘Powered By Google. This form was created by…Report Abuse, Terms of Service, Additional Terms’
I don’t know coding that well, and can’t find the ‘Options’ tab, as seen on other answers to this question – so any advice ‘step-by-step’ would be much appreciated.
