Google Has Flagged My WordPress Login and Plugins Pages as Deceptive

Google has flagged the WordPress login and plugin installation pages as deceptive. This happened before the update, so I thought it had to do with site encryption. I have two other sites, all have bee verified my site two ways in the Google search console, but none have been encrypted yet and only one has been flagged. I have requested a review, explaining that these are admin pages. But it failed. could a bad plugin be the cause? Has my site been hacked? Google is requesting I removed the plugin installation page. How is this possible?
