google hit on moving an existing website

Can anyone tell me what kind of page rank hit a website would get if I moved it from a company hosted site to a wp.org site. The company that it
is hosted on does some of the seo and does have it ranked very high for our key words. It’s a template based website https://www.myteamconnect.com . Over the years I have created many backlinks and seo on my own and would like to switch over to wp. I do own the url and content. Any thoughts on the correct way to go about it without a major hit from search engines?
