    Thanks for your message. We are not sure to have understood exactly to what features of Google you are referring to, and whether you are looking to add some meta tags to your HTML pages. However, the “Google Hotel Map Pack” does not seem to be the official name of any of the Google Hotel/Travel features.

    Our company is a certified partner of Google Hotel for their Free Booking Links (and paid Ads) and their Travel APIs. This means that those who use both Vik Booking and Vik Channel Manager (with an active “e4jConnect” subscription for the Google Hotel service) will be able to list their official website rate on the Google search results as well as on the Google Travel platform. You can find our certified Channel Manager service listed on Google at https://travel.google/partners/hotels/find-a-partner/ (our name is “e4jConnect”).

    Is this maybe what you were looking for? If so, then the free version of Vik Booking is not sufficient to transmit the availability and rates inventory to Google in real-time. The complementary plugin Vik Channel Manager is required in this case, and the Google Hotel channel must be enabled for your account.
