Hi sorry you are having issues with the calendar.

I checked your site and it looks like it should be working correctly but I have a couple of concerns/questions.

    1. Concern is that there is a JavaScript error showing up and that could just be causing issues with the JavaScript for the tooltips to show up.

    2. What are your settings for “Number of Events per Page”, “Display Start Date Offset”, “Minimum Feed Start Date”, and “Maximum Feed End Date”?

I would try checking #2 first and make sure there are some numbers in there. Something like 30 days, 0 days back, 1 year back, and 1 year forward would be a good start.

If that doesn;t help then I would try disabling your other plugins and using a default theme to see if that helps with anything. Then we can narrow it down from there if it does.

Let me know how it goes and if you still have issues after trying this.

    Thanks!

    Hi Nick,
    I have tried everything.

    1)
If I go to: https://www.menucool.com/tooltip/javascript-tooltip i can see popups, so that will not be the problem.

    2) I have set the settings to what you advise allthoug there were normal seettings there allready.
It did not help. I had all the plugins disabled but the Google Calendar Events.

I have used the default 2014 theme, but still I did not get the calendar filled on: https://www.gsv-wierden.nl/gce_feed/zwemdata-en-tijden/

    Just opened in Google Chrome:

SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 0 Please ensure your calendar ID is correct.

As said: My Google-id is the Gmail calendar is [email protected]
It is not the way you show in your manual.

Referring to #1. It is not actually a browser issue but a specific issue with your site since it is running multiple JavaScript files. I just did a double check and there is still an error showing up, also the minimum version required for the tooltips for jQuery is 1.6 and something is loading an older version of jQuery that will make it not work correctly.

Did you try having no plugins enabled and a default theme at the same time?

The SSL error is a new one it looks like right? I will investigate that further if you are still getting that one.

    Hi,

    I’m having the same problem.
I assume Google recently changed calendar ID form, and plugin doesnt accepts it. If you check your calender ID it is no more in form of “[email protected]”, but in form of “[email protected]”. And I have no idea where to get correct form of ID.

On this page (https://rtt.rutka.net/) I hade old form of ID and it works perfect, on second page (https://www.plesniepicenter.si/) I’m using new ID witch Google gives now, and it won’t display.

    Cheers,
    Pam?

    On your calendar here: https://www.plesniepicenter.si/

There seems to be only one event that is getting returned, and now it is past that date so it is not chowing up. What are your feed settings for that calendar? Also, if it is a widget can you send me over the widget settings as well?

    Thanks

I am assuming this has gotten resolved since there are no replies here. If you are still having trouble please let me know so I can continue to help out.

    Thanks!

I don’t know what happened, because I did answer, but it does not show up here. This is the second time already ??

I did try to see if it worked with no plugins and with the default theme all the plugins deactivated at the same time. Only the calendar plugin enabled of course.

    Not from my side.
Can you just please check on any google calendar for ID. It has nothing to do with any settings… Both me and Digirec are telling you the same thing. Form of calendar ID, has changed.

    Thanks, Pam?

    @pamzus,

Yes I know what you are saying, but I have tested it with my own email ID and it works. So it has to be something else that is causing the issues. That is why I am asking for feed/widget settings so we can see what is going on.

I see, i was missing this info.

    This is widget settings.
    click
I can post feed setting too.

I have tried all kind of settings and tried without any plugin… ??

Well nevermind, refreshed the page and it works, i didn’t do any changes to the settings. I’m not sure what made it working. All i did was to create new test event, like the first time, but i cant say this was the reason. If i find out I’ll let you know.

I did delete those test events now and they are still showing, but i guess thiss will just take some time to update.

Thanks for help and keeping up with me.

This is the problem I am running into as well (opened question a few days back)

The Google ID looks like this https://img42.com/5RFPg
and my widget settings look like https://img42.com/rrldp
    feed settings are https://img42.com/ECPbj

All of these settings worked before the last update, and have been using it successfully for 2 years (if not longer).
