Google indexing of notification bar

I’ve used this plugin in the past and noticed that Google (unfortunately) indexed the text (content) on this notification bar above the text/content on my page. Is there a recommended way to deal with this so that hierarchy-wise it loads notification content after everything on the page? …Or any other recommendations?
