Google indexing: Page | Site Title – Home

Hi!
Google indexing my pages in this format:
hompage is ok:
Site Title | Description

other pages:
Gallery | Site Title – Home
Contact | Site Title – Home etc

I don’t know why ‘home’ is there and how can i get rid of it? When i go to my pages from admin panel snippet preview is ok (Contact | Site Title), but on google every other page except homepage is having ‘home’ next to it. Can I fix that somehow?
