Google indexing site – help please

Hi all, I have a problem with google indexing my site. First the site has been live for about 2-3 weeks and I have a webmaster tools account and acording to this I have 27 pages submitted in my site map but no indexed pages. Anyway my site is https://www.anythinggarden.co.uk.

now for my problem, google seems to be indexing the tags for example if you search site:www.anythinggarden.co.uk in google it brings up the pages I assume are indexed (correct me if im wrong).

The first one is:
acuba | anythinggarden.co.uk

This takes you to https://www.anythinggarden.co.uk/tag/acuba/ page.

Anyway my problem is I want to index the following page idealy:

https://www.anythinggarden.co.uk/acuba-japonica-variegata-spotted-laurel/#more-153

all the pages seem to just include part of the plant name as below
Kaku | anythinggarden.co.uk
Rocket | anythinggarden.co.uk
Japonica | anythinggarden.co.uk

How do I make sute that google only indexed the full post ie

https://www.anythinggarden.co.uk/acer-palmatum-sango-kaku-2/#more-111 for my acer palmatum sango kaku post.

If anybody can help please as I dont no what is happening. Hope it all makes sense
