I’m having a few issues here. One is that my css styling isn’t updating properly. I’ve disabled some plugins including the Super Cache and it doesn’t seem to be helping.

However, the problem I wanted to ask about here is that there is a <a href… link to Google+ displaying at the top of my pages. I can delete it from my header.php but I was wondering how this might have happened. I removed Google+ verification from WordPress SEO but it’s still there. I’m not sure what else could be doing it.

I’ve also gone into header.php and added a div tag with an id of google and tried to remove it in the css with display:none; but that didn’t work either.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

Eventually I got round to removing it using the id tag. My CSS wasn’t altering because of WP Super Cache and I had to remove all the cache files properly. Lesson learnt about caching plugins.

Still not sure how the google+ link got in the header but it’s been removed anyway.

I guess I’ll mark this as resolved?
