    On 18 may there was a last update from the Google Merchant Center.
    I placed every day new products on my site.
    But after 18 may there are no new updates showing op in Merchant Center.

    I looked in Woocommerce in the product feed from Google listing and Ads
    Feed setup is OK
    Sync with Google is OK
    Account status: pending review ‘This may take up to 3 days. If approved, your products will show on Google once it’s completed.’

    It is now 25 may and still pending.
    Seems that something didn’t work.
    I have disconnected everything and delete the plugin.
    Installed again and connect everything.
    Still pending….

    I didn’t know why it is pending and for what reason.
    Maybe a bug or error in the system or in Merchant Center?
    In Merchant Center there is now a account problem.
    It says ‘buy on Google’ ‘MCA exceeds capacity’
    Do more people have this problem and how can I fix it?

    With account status ‘pending review’ that means that Google is holding onto something on their side and still need to check things out – you can find out more about this process and how to inquire to Google directly at this link.

    I see the link.
    This is not really related to me.
    I waiting already 7 business days without any result, still pending.
    On the plugin it says 3 days.
    On your link it says 2 business days.
    Seems like there is a bug or error or something that didn’t work.
    I also contacted Google Merchant Center and they told me to open a topic here.
    I cannot find any information or contact info about the plugin Google listing and Ads to contact the devs about this problem.

    Typically, Google Merchant Center handles account reviews. However, if the connected account was created through the plugin, we should be able to look into that account for you.

    We are more then a week further now but no reaction back.
    I still have this problem.

    An automatic response with the ticket number is sent to your email when you submit a ticket on WooCommerce.com.

    It looks like your ticket may not have been submitted which is why you haven’t gotten a response. I recommend submitting a new ticket.

    I’m having exactly the same issue. Tried creating a ticket but it says my website is not connected to woocommerce.com. I use the self-hosted version of woocommerce, how can I get support?
