    I′m trying to get the plugin started, but when coming to step 4 I get an error message plus keep waiting. When I go back to step 3 the checkbox of “confirm a refund policy…” is not checked anymore, so it seems it does not save theses settings?

    After some time the product listing/product feed status appears, but the Google Ads Box keeps on loading and there is no button to finish the setup.

    Can anyone please help?

    I understand you’re having an issue setting up your Google Listings & Ads plugin, more specifically on the Google Ads account step.

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Thanks for the answer! When testing the connection I saw that Google Ads was not connected. So I went to my Google account and saw, that there were 2 Ads accounts: an old one with all the information needed, and a new one which whad tried tocconnect to the merchant center. Somehow I could fix it there (don’t know what exactly) but anyhow, when trying again to start the plugin it finally worked!

    I am glad to know it is working fine now. ??

    Just to be safe in the future, I suggest taking a closer look at both accounts and finding out which is useful and should be kept and then removing the other one that you no longer need.

    This way you can avoid any potential confusion in the future.
