Hi @sullivang,
The error message you’re receiving, “Error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch”, typically means that the redirect URI you’ve set up in your Google Merchant doesn’t match the one in your WordPress settings.
To resolve this issue, make sure to grant all requested authentication scopes while connecting your account.
Also, if you are connecting your existing merchant account to a new site, make sure to follow the guide shared here: https://woo.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/faqs/#reverify-website
If you’re still having trouble connecting even after following the above steps, let’s try these additional steps:
Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
- Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
- Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
- Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack (if you have installed it)
Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.
Let us know how it goes!
