The first time when I installed Google Listings and Ads plugin. It works fine. but after I deactivate and reactivate it again. when I click “Start listing products” button I got error message:
“there was an error loading your merchant center setup status. uneexpected token ‘<‘, “<!DOCTYPE” … is not valid JSON” then I deleted this plugin and reinstalled, it still the same problem.

I found other issues with my website. All wordpress published page links except home?suddenly broke “The request URL was not found on this server”. I don’t know is it related to the Google Listings and ads plugin issue?

The page link addresses are the same as page permalink.

    Hey, @joannayoung!

    Thanks for lettings us know.

All wordpress published page links except home?suddenly broke “The request URL was not found on this server”.?

    This includes non WooCommerce pages?

If you disable WooCommerce, does the issue persist?

?I don’t know is it related to the Google Listings and ads plugin issue?

This seems like a broader issue, but to confirm, if you keep WooCommerce, but disable Google Listings does the issue persist?

If the issue persists even without the plugins active, then they are most likely unrelated, and I would suggest first solving this issue then continuing to work on the Google Listings one.

If the issue is gone after disabling the plugins, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
