    when I set up google listing and ads plugin I can not find the option to skip complete campaign with paid ads. on “Complete your campaign” page I got error message “there was an error getting your Google Ads accounts. Error retrieving accounts: Operation is not implemented, or supported. or enabled.”

    solved the problem by close the old merchant center account and creating a new merchant center account.
