Google Listings and Ads plugin is not Syncing the Products to Merchant Centre.

I tried Syncing the Product but it is not Sync and Showing… It remains NOT SYNCED.

Since the products are already set to

sync and show

but are not showing on Google’s side, there are two things to check:

* Have you set the products to this visibility option status recently? If yes, note that it may take 1-2 days for the products to fully sync – https://woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#channel-visibility
* Are you seeing any sync errors reported when you go to Marketing → Google Listings & Ads → Product Feed → Issues to resolve?

—->> Yes, we made sure all the requirements are done. Also, for your information, we have 126 Products on the website and among them 107 Products are on Sync and Showing. But only 19 Products are not at all syncing.

—->> It’s been more than 2 days since we added new products to the website. And even though when we get a confirmation message saying “You Successfully changed the channel visibility” but the products remain “Not Synced”. You can also check this in the video I shared earlier.

Sorry to hear about this issue.

Please navigate to this setting: example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (making sure to replace example.com with your own domain).

Head to the product sync section at the bottom and click Sync All Products with Google Merchant Center

That will sync all your products to GMC or it can return an error at the top of the page, if there is an error please let us know.

Also, to check better into the site’s setup, please share a copy of your site’s System Status: You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

It appears that Product Feed Manager for WooCommerce: by RexTheme and Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce: by AdTribes.io are both listed in the inactive plugins of the site; while the intended use for them is to generate WooCommerce product feeds for all your marketing channels, GMC included.

Now, if we couple the aforementioned information with the error response below:

Error submitting products to Google: Google Merchant Center has not been set up correctly. Please review your configuration.

It seems that both the inactive plugins need to be fully removed, as well as disconnected from your Google account if needed, and then follow the instructions to set up Google Listings & Ads correctly, as described in the document linked below:
