    Hi,

Google Listings Plugin has stoped working and it just loads endlessly. I have checked other topics and found that the issue may be caused by a difference in the email for WordPress Admin, WordPress.com account and Google Account used for Listings. All 3 emails are the same but I still get the following errors in the logs. I have tried disconnecting WooCommerce from the Security tab in the Google account but that didn’t work.

2023-11-01T04:34:38+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\Internal\DependencyManagement\GoogleServiceProvider::handle_unauthorized_error Client error: POST https://api-vipgo.woocommerce.com/google/google-mc/content/v2.1/736717340/reports/search resulted in a 401 Unauthorized response:

    “code”: 401,
“message”: “User cannot access account (masked account number)”,

    Hello @massifie,

    “code”: 401,
“message”: “User cannot access account (masked account number)”,

From the error logs you’ve shared, it seems like the issue might be related to authorization, specifically with your Google Merchant Center account. The error code 401 typically indicates that the server could not verify that you are authorized to access the URL requested.

Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve this issue:

    1. Reconnect Accounts: Disconnect and reconnect your Google Account from the WooCommerce Google Listings and Ads extension. This can be done from the ‘Connection Test’ page under ‘WooCommerce’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Google Listings & Ads’ > ‘Account Connection’. After disconnecting, try to reconnect again.
    2. Check Google Merchant Center Account: Make sure that the Google Merchant Center account you are using is properly set up and verified. You can check this by logging into your Google Merchant Center account and checking the ‘Status’ section.
    3. Update Theme and Plugins: Ensure that your WoodMart theme, Google Listings and Ads extension, and your other plugins are up to date. Updates often include bug fixes that might resolve your issue.
    4. Check API Keys: Ensure that the API keys you are using are correct and have the necessary permissions. You can check this under ‘WooCommerce’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Google Listings & Ads’ > ‘API Keys’.

If you’ve tried all of these steps and are still experiencing the issue, it might be best if we take a closer look. Could you please provide us with a System Status Report? You can find this under ‘WooCommerce’ > ‘Status’. Please remember to sanitize the report by removing any sensitive information.

Once we have this information, we will be better equipped to help you solve this problem.

    Cheers.
