Google Login loop (social login)

    Hi,

    first of all, thanks for the great plugin.

    Facebook and Instagram login works just fine.

    However I run into an issue with the Google login. The login process works normally, I choose my google account, no error messages.
    But after returning to my site I am simply not logged in. When I click my account I see the same login screen again as if nothing happened.

    Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

    I found the Google login working fine.
    For Facebook, I am getting following message.

    Feature unavailable
    Facebook Login is currently unavailable for this app as we are updating additional details for this app. Please try again later.

    Make sure you have followed from step 16 from the link
    To troubleshoot the problem you are facing with Google login, try keeping only this plugin active for a while just to check if this makes any difference. If it does, you can activate other plugins one-by-one to check which one is conflicting. Once you find out which plugin that is, we can work on the resolution of the problem.

    This is strange. Facebook works fine for us. But google throws us in limbo.

    We deleted the google app and have redone the entire setup but the result is the same.

    Did you try as I suggested in my previous reply? -> To troubleshoot the problem you are facing with Google login, try keeping only this plugin active for a while just to check if this makes any difference. If it does, you can activate other plugins one-by-one to check which one is conflicting. Once you find out which plugin that is, we can work on the resolution of the problem.

    Yes, i disabled every single plugin except Super Socializer, Woocommerce and 2 theme plugins which were the bare minimum to even show the login option. Also cleared cache and cookies in admin and browser but Google Login still doesn’t work. Firefox and IE also show the same problem.

    Hello,

    I saw your screencast and I also asked a friend to test it on his end. Both seem to work. So I assume it’s ok, for some reason it just still doesn’t work on my PC.
