Google map in Contact Info

    When I activate contact info and type the address exactly as I type in Google Maps site, the marker shown is not the same. It shows a building 400 meters north east of the building I wish to point to.

    I checked with exact same address on google maps and it shows fine. However through the widget it shows different. Any clues to fix this?

    Thanks! I ran some tests, and it seems Google Maps’s API returns coordinates that are slightly different from the coordinates used on their site. You can see the issue on other sites using the API to calculate coordinates, like this one:

    I’m afraid there isn’t much we can do to fix that, as the coordinates are returned by Google Maps.

    I also thought something on similar lines. However I am not a programmer so didn’t try testing myself.

    Thanks for the reply. Looks like will have to wait till Google fixes the problem in their API.
