When I check the HTML source on your site, then I see this ‘src=’https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js’>

The parameters that are supposed to be behind the Google Maps script are stripped away.

This happens either by a security plugin or a piece of custom code.

If you have a security plugin, then try to disable it, or look for an option that strips away script parameters. Also test it with a default theme if the code might come from within your theme.

If that doesn’t solve it, then ask your host if they are running a script that strips out the parameters.

    Thanks for your reply!

After your suggestion, I activate the default theme and disable all plugin. Here are the screenshot what I setup.

I’m confused my server IP and Request received from IP address are different. How it’s been?

You need to set the IP mentioned in the error in the Google API Console. If this doesn’t solve it, then delete the project and create a new one.

Deleting it is something necessary to force the changes to be processed.
