Google Maps API key problem

Hello,
I’ve got a problem with Google v3 maps settings.
When I generate API key for myself, I don’t know whether to choose Server key or Browser key and what of url to type in as an address.
The result is Error on my page with goes like this:
Google has disabled use of the Maps API for this application. This site is not authorized to use the Google Maps client ID provided. If you are the owner of this application, you can learn more about registering URLs here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/business/guide#URLs
And their guide is quite complex for me.
Any advice?
