I visited your map and entered in a postal code, but wasn’t able to replicate what you have been experiencing.

Which browser did you use when this occurred?

I am using IE 11 and if you type in the post code and then hover of the drop down list and select from there. then the app plugin crashes

I was able to replicate this by pressing the ‘Enter’ key on my side.

I have added this as a bug to the plugin (https://trello.com/b/Brsxoyzo) to ensure we have this fixed in the next update we release.

We’ll have the update available, most likely in the week of the 4th of Jan 2016. It will be fixed before February for sure ??

hi i have tried your 04/01/2016 update and it still fails as above in previous messages.

please please can you have a look at fixing this as i am seriosuly interested in buying the pro version.

The last update was only tested on WordPress 4.4. Unfortunately no bugs or features were added to that update.

The next update should contain this fix though. Should it be urgent though, please get in touch with me via our contact page so I can send you the fix in the mean time (https://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/)

Based on the fact you have been so helpful and have offered a fix, I am buying the pro version. Live date for my site is 28 feb and hoping to get customer sign of 1 week in feb so have 1 week contingency.

hi I have bought the pro version and followed your instructions in the email and I get the following error when I try to activate the plugin.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘]’ in /var/sites/l/life-in-the.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-maps-pro/wp-google-maps-pro.php on line 2339
