• I have an issue with a website that we manage, https://www.zingzang.com. Whenever you go to the homepage (https://zingzang.com/) on the site and enter any numbers in the city/state/zip code field, an error message pops up stating “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”

I have read a couple other threads and confirmed that there is valid billing information in our associated google account.

Need to resolve. Have a couple screenshots of error and developer’s tool message when the error is shown…don’t know how to attach screenshots.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Does the issue still show up for you? When I make a search it returns the results without any errors?

If it’s still broken for you, then try it in private mode in your browser, and make sure to flush the server cache ( if possible ).

Yes; the issue continues to be shown. Immediately upon putting any text in the zip code field on the homepage of my site, it has an error from google that states:
“This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”

It doesn’t do it on the store locator page, just the homepage: https://www.zingzang.com.

Tried the steps you mentioned and the same thing happens.

Other ideas on how to resolve?

This shows up in the browser console ( F12 )

This API project is not authorized to use this API. Please ensure this API is activated in the Google Developers Console:

How to solve this is explained here.

I just checked the developer console and removed all of my API restrictions yet the error is still being shown on the site (i waited a few minutes to test as well).

    Any other ideas?

The search works fine for me now?

It’s still throwing an error as soon as you put any content in the zip/city/state field on the homepage. I’ll email you separately since I cannot post a screenshot here to show what is happening.
