Google Maps Integration but use only no-cost features

    Dear all,

    1. Is it possible to activate Google Maps Integration but use only no-cost features (like Embedded Maps)?

    2. Could Autocomplete API be deactivated separately?

    3. Is it possible to have Event and Location Submission without loading dynamic maps?

    4. Searching Events with the Near… Field is working even if Google Maps Integration is deactivated. As I understand from the documentation, this service uses the Google Places Autocomplete API. How/why does it work, even if I haven’t put in a Google ID?

  • Hello,

    Currently Google now have billing. What you could do is try using the The Static Map setting from Events > Settings > Google Maps and Location Services > Google Map Type

    I’m not sure if this is available on the Free Version in case you’re using the Free Version.
