Google Merchant Center Issues

    Hello,

    We have been receiving data quality suspension warnings from Google Merchant Center in regards to our product data and how it differs from what is provided in the feed compared to the product data on the site. Initially we got an error because we utilize multi-currency based on geolocation (USD and CAD based on whether customer IP address is US-based or Canada-based) and had USD values showing on landing page when all values in product feed were CAD. So we turned off geolocation in the Woocommerce store, cleared cache, and requested a revision in our merchant center account. We no longer get the multi-currency error but now we are getting two errors we have no idea how to fix and are asking for support.

    One of the issues is “Inaccurate prices (due to inconsistent prices between the landing page and checkout pages on your website)“. It provides several products as an example, one example is:

    Sanke D Kegs – Used 30 litre – Likor-Shak – 242857

    Value on the landing page – 55.00CAD
    Value in the data feed – 40.53CAD

    The correct value is 55.00. We checked both the site and the merchant center listing and the product is listed at $55.00.

    The other error it provides is “Inaccurate prices (due to inconsistent pricing between the feed and the landing page)“. It lists the same products as the other error but it provides different data. For example:

    Value on the landing page – 40.53CAD
    Value in the data feed – 55.00CAD

    The issue: It’s listing the same products for two separate errors but the values listed between the landing page & data feed are one way for one error, and reversed for the other error. As mentioned above, the price value for the specific product mentioned is $55 and that’s how it appears in both the Merchant Center and our site so we don’t know what to do. Any sort of help you can provide would be greatly appreciated I will include our CTX Feed Status below:

    To find the reason behind the price mismatch issue, we need to see the feed and the error report. Please, share the feed link you are getting the issues with and also share the error report from Google merchant.
