Hi, after creating the xml feed and uploading correctly to Google Merchant Center, the product url and id are not being shared and are not ready to be served:

    01.12.2023-10.49.30

    We have over 300 reviews.

Please let us know how to fix this.

    Thanks

Ok I just checked both checkboxes for creating id and GTIN fields under product’s inventory tab.

I’ll have to check and fill those fields and hope this issue gets resolved.

Let me know if I’m missing something please.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

You can share your review feed URL here so we can check the issue. Ideally, the product should have a GTIN value or a pair of Brand and MPN. Refer to this documentation https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160161

    Hi @pear8398

    Sorry for late reply.

I just confirmed the URL is in the feed, however, Google Merchant says the URL is missing: https://www.screencast.com/t/H8e4gkcp1MH

Here’s the revie feed url: https://www.ecoprana.com.pe/wp-content/uploads/cr/product_reviews.xml

I know I’m missing the GTIN EAN code, which I’m completing ASAP, but the missing URL is confusing me.

    Let me know your thought.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thank you for your additional information.

I see the product URL in the review feed does not have the pretty permalink. For example: https://www.ecoprana.com.pe/?post_type=product&p=57666
When I paste the link to the browser URL and hit enter, it leads to a 404 page so I think this is the issue.

Please try to follow some steps below and see if it helps:
    – Go to Settings > Permalinks > Resave settings (post name)
    – Deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to the standard theme of WooCommerce (Storefront). Please read more on this solution Troubleshooting Plugins and Themes
    – Go to Reviews > Google > resave settings to re-generate the feed

Let me know how it goes.

    Hi there,

    I see what you mean.

I followed your instructions and after resaving to re-generate the feed, the product XML feed for Google Shopping is not being generated: https://www.screencast.com/t/BpzgIxw5FyoB

Last time this took many days to finish for some reason.

I have a cron job directly from Siteground hosting.

    Hi,

Thank you for your additional information.

I think the new issue might not relate to the main issue: product_url is missing. If you have a new issue/question, I recommend creating a new topic for this to keep the topic clear and focus on one issue.

You can try to switch to the WordPress cron instead of the real cron on your hosting to see if it works.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
