Google Merchant Center missing shipping details

    Hi,

    Google Merchant Center is missing item status of
    – Missing value [shipping]
    – Missing unit [product_height]
    – Missing unit [product_length]
    – Missing unit [product_weight]
    – Missing unit [product_width]

    Are these all values that it should be able to crawl and see schema from Rank math? I know I have setup the shipping values correctly as my shipping rates show up on my website.

    I really hope you can help me with this one as I don’t want to manually add these values to the Google Merchant Center if I can help it. Thank you.

    Google doesn’t look for those fields in the Schema. Those fields should be included in your product feed. Please get in touch with the support of the plugin you are using to create the product feed. They should be able to help you add the missing details.

    Thank you for the reply. Google Merchant Center crawls my website for the product data, I’m not using a feed plugin and was hoping to avoid it. But looks like I will have to go that way. Thank you for your help.
