Google Mobile Friedly & Sidebar

Hello,
I am using my own template with your plugin and I have these problems with that:
1.) it is not possible to pass on https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/?url=blog.vaclavambroz.cz
Is any solution for this or must I have responsible CSS without your plugin?
2.) I dont see my sidebar on mobile page on the end of the page – I dont use any widgets. Any solution for this?
