I am writing to you because I have a problem with the synchronization and display of products from the Google woocommerce plugin.

I followed all the steps allowing us to synchronize the products via the Google merchant center –

The data shows the prices also the products are displayed so of course the Google shopping tab.
However, it is impossible for me to select one or more establishments on Google my business so that the products are automatically displayed on the Google my business files as provided by the tool.
On the Google Merchant Center, it is impossible for me to select a company profile and neither in the plugin.

I contacted the Google merchandising center and Google my business services. They tried to resolve this but to no avail. I am therefore turning to you to understand what the problem is

    Hello vince0666,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

Could you clarify what you mean by “select one or more establishments”?

Once I have a better understanding of what you’re trying to achieve, I’ll be able to guide you more effectively.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Thanks for your help @doublezed2

I want to be able to display my products on a Google My Business page.
but it is impossible for me to select a shop establishment. All my Google My Business pages are clearly visible in the general settings of google merchant center.

It seems to me that it was possible to choose the page in the plugin but I did it for another client +1 year ago and there were updates.

and if it works I would like to be able to display the products on several GMB pages of the same company because it has 3 stores.

I could send you screenshots but not here.

    Thank you

    Hi @vince0666 ,

Thank you for the added details. Please note that the Google for WooCommerce plugin is designed to integrate with Google Merchant Center to help you showcase your products on Google. However, it’s not directly designed to manage or link multiple Google My Business (GMB) locations.

Typically, for GMB integration, you would manage your business locations through your Google My Business account independently of WooCommerce. Each store location would be set up as a separate entity within Google My Business.

If you’re looking to link each store to your WooCommerce site to showcase individual store inventory or details, you would usually do this within the Google My Business interface itself, rather than through the plugin.

To manage your products across different Google My Business locations, you would need to ensure that each location is verified and then manage the products for each location through the Google Merchant Center or directly through GMB if that’s a feature available to you.

Keep in mind that the possibilities for displaying products on your GMB pages can be limited and could vary according to Google’s current features and policies.

    Hope this helps!
