Google Not Indexing Pages & Posts Sitemaps

  • I’ve never before encountered this issue where Google won’t index my pages or posts sitemaps.

    I individually submitted the following to Google, all of which are indexed accept my Pages/Posts; Category, Page, Post, Project, Project Category. This has been an ongoing issue for two-months. I’ve attempted using different plugins to generate sitemaps and still encounter this issue.

  • Your sitemap url is giving us a not found error. Btw, it should be .xml not .html at the end. And i can access the xml file.

    Make sure your robots.txt is not blocking Google to crawl your site. For new sites, Google serps won’t often visit your site. Keep what you are doing, once, you get enough popularity, it will visit your site very often.

    At first when i started my blog, Google used to visit my site every 1 week, and now, when i got good popularity like in terms i have good backlinks and social media presence, now if i post a blog post, Google will index mine in less than an hour.

    Sorry about that, I’ve corrected the link.

    My robots isn’t blocking anything vital. All other sitemaps get indexed within one day but the pages and posts (the only things I care about), won’t index even after two-months so there must be some other issue going on.

    Like i said, it has nothing to do with wordpress side. It has something to do with Google, You need to do more seo, so that Google will visit your site more often, especially to that particular page.
