Google now requires an API key for new maps API uses
-
On June 22, Google started requiring API keys for using the Maps API. New implementations of Events Manager don’t work with regard to map functions (proximity search, encoding addresses, showing maps, etc.).
Events Manager will need to either put in their own maps api key or provide a setting for users to enter their own — probably the better choice since daily api call limits probably tie to the key now, not the site.
