Google Opt-in Survey

I have noticed that when the google opt in survey notification appears for a user at the end of checkout, once order completed – the pop up from Google is being encoded for the users email addresses, which is displayed to the user to confirm they want to receive one for feedback/rating system.

Is there an option or way to remove this from occurring?
