• I’m getting 100’s of pages that are showing as not being indexed by Google. The addresses are not pages of mine because they end with ?ak_action=accept_mobile. I know the question mark is for a query parameter. Has anyone else gotten these? I do not know if this is a theme issue, a plugin issue, or an issue with how I have my website in search console. Any tips on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

  • Hello @kernix,

We have not received any similar reports so far, and we can not reproduce that issue on our end. The issue you raised on this topic is unclear what is causing this issue, but it could be related to the plugin you are using.

Please perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product. Then, provide the details as explained above.

Also, you can block the pages from being crawled by Google.
To do this, you can add the following lines to your robots.txt file:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /*ak_action=accept_mobile

Note: This will prevent Google from crawling and indexing any pages on your website that contain the query parameter ak_action=accept_mobile.

Also, if you are still having trouble resolving this issue, you can contact Google Search Console support for assistance.

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards
